Mr. Bhavesh Hakani soon started trading other agricultural items followed by trading lands in Dholera.
Mr. Bhavesh Hakani tried his hands in the land business for the first time in the year 2000 and scaled heights of success in the years that followed.
In 2005, the family made its foray into the land business and in a small span of 5 years started full-fledged land trading in Dholera which was marked by the inception of Chabildas Tribhovandas Pvt. Ltd. Under the visionary leadership of Mr. Bhavesh Hakani and Mrs. Shweta Hakani, the firm continued to expand exponentially. They started buying and selling lands. Apart from agricultural lands, their involvement began in land trading, land development and plotting schemes in residential, commercial & industrial sector. From there onwards, this golden journey of being a par-excellent player in the real estate world began.
In 2010, Chabildas Developers came into existence and full-fledged land trading started with the official establishment.
